The Annex at Pantglas Farm

We loved the situation of the property and moved the open plan space and all clean and modern.

The burning on site of the hay which blew through the windows and with it being warm the windows were open. Also no sitting out area which would have been nice.

no scissors, key lock box instructions sent a bit too late as I did not have my email on my phone and flying in from another country missed the email however the host, was exceptional in helping us over the phone in gain entry.

Lovely place. Clean and well appointed. Good location. Owners were friendly.

We couldn't find any information regarding the WiFi password and had to reach out to the owner to find out what to do with recycling. We also weren't sure where was the best place for us to park our car. An information booklet with some guidance on these practical things would have been helpful.

Nothing mega but the oven had residue on the grill making the oven smoke and it scared my daughter .

Apartment was exceptionally clean. The heating was very efficient. The Christmas tree was a nice touch. We only needed a bed for the nights we were there, I picked it as it was close to where my daughter lives, who we were visiting for Christmas.

It was difficult to locate, some of the instructions didn’t make sense as the gates we were told we would need to enter with a key code were no longer there so we were not sure we were in the right place. The wi-fi code was not available in the apartment that we could see but we messaged the host to receive it. There were two televisions in the property but the two remotes only worked intermittently even when we tried new batteries in them. All the flooring is laminate which makes sense for cleaning but it didn’t make for cosy, but overall the property suited our need for a place to sleep. I caanot comment on host as we did not see them.

Great location, perfect if you have a dog. Much better option than a hotel if you're visiting Cardiff for a few days.

the apartment was spacious and bright, great kitchen with excellent self-catering facilities. The owners have dogs as well which was great for our dog :) The stables with the horses provided a lovely backdrop and the owners were extremely kind and helpful.

The bed was too soft for our taste. The main road is quite close and at the moment there is a lot of roadworks going on in close proximity.

Everything was relaxed and comfortable, owners were helpful and couldn't do enough for you.

Nothing, absolutely superb stay.
