Proximity to the beach and promenade. The main room was beautifully light and airy. WiFi was good.

Extractor fan for the bathroom appeared not to be working. The door for the bathroom was left open to clear the moisture. The fire alarm went off causing great distress. Fire brigade immediately on scene to check that there wasn’t a fire and reset the alarm. The apartment was equipped on a basic/thrifty basis. Parts of the apartment were tired and needed refreshing.

Ogromny salon z aneksem kuchennym, w pełni wyposażony, sypialnia idealna, bardzo czysto. Widok z okna nie do opisania - XVI piętro. Niesamowite wrażenia. Trzeba samemu doświadczyć.

Nice apartment, but would expect that for the price we paid.but overall would recommend.

Just thought it would be nice to have a couple of sachets of milk to go with the coffee and tea,and also the mould on the silicone in the bathroom is not hard to remove.these are my only points which are quite minor ,because I am fussy.

Excellent facilities, convenient location and secure parking.

This was a very last minute booking after being let down by another property. We are very grateful to the owner for facilitating us and the agent who met us with the keys, both were very friendly and helpful. The apartment had the most amazing views! Was very clean, warm and just fantastic. Would have no issue staying here again or recommending to others.

The flat was perfectly situated for an event in Swansea Arena. It was very warm, clean and comfortable with a Co-Op close by from which to get the few supplies we needed. Joan, who greeted us was just lovely.

Joan seemed to have a great deal to do for just one woman. This is not a complaint but the company may wish to consider their staffing. She was greeting three separate guests at three separate apartments and, due to travel uncertainties, all arriving at about the same time.
