Location . Having two bathrooms, beds were comfortable. Lots of thoughtful touches, including shortbread , and kitchen supplies. Easy to maintain. Parking.

We’re all quite tall and had a couple of bumps on the sloped ceilings.

The quirkiness of the place and comfy beds plus space in the bedrooms and games to play with for older kids.

No internet - real problem for my autistic grandson though the rest of us were ok with it. Only one oven tray so we couldn't eat at the same time. No instructions for the oven so took a while to work out and a VERY long time for it to cool down - didn't know if I had turned it off so had to keep checking. Uneven stairs up to the apartment were an issue for slightly disabled plus the upward slope on the floor just inside a small door to the second bathroom was tricky as you were bending down too, to get in. Busy and noisy with locals coming past late at night talking loudly- we are used to quiet places - the noise was another problem to my autistic grandson but not really able to do anything about that.

Quiet, centrally located, clean, comfortable. Helpful owner. Very good restaurants and hikes around

Comfy, clean, lots to keep the children occupied. I wanted to stay a bit longer to explore the surrounding areas and maybe read one of the novels!
