Perfect location, easy parking, very reactive host. Very nice flat

Decor all a bit tired. Sofas in lounge old and dated. Not very comfortable and one had a large stain on one cushion. Beds too soft and pillows too thin

Loved the location and listening to the babbling river by an open window!

The single beds in the second bedroom are really for children

Zalig rustig gelegen, vlakbij de rivier en op wandelafstand van het gezellige Ballater. Ook de whisky tour in de nabijgelegen Royal Lochnagar distillery is een aanrader. Mooie wandelingen in de Cairngorms te doen.

The area was amazing. The accommodation was everything you needed .especially the peace and quiet .spacious apartment

On arrival, when u check out the accommodation. Toilet flush didn't work was actually broken ..the last dining room chair which was stacked was very rocky so removed and put in the hallway has not to use did report the toilet ,and owner responded very fast,just caused a bit of a nuisance, as we had to share the other toilet that was onsuite .so all was disturbed through the night .I wish there was a fan to plug in at the time Scotland was very hot .which is not very lively, but a fan would have been a great item .sleeping was difficult due to the heat, not the accommodation

Pleasant, light kitchen/sitting area. Nice views from kitchen. Well equipped. Comfortable beds and bedrooms. Quiet with good position in town; close to river walks and opposite a very good restaurant.

Handtowels had strong sour smell and we couldn't use them. One pillow case in twin room appeared unwashed as it smelt of hair. Dirty toilet roll left as spare and had to buy new. Shower in main bedroom as ensuite very inconvenient for 2 friends to share. Fine for married couple on their own. Would prefer to pay a bit more and have a working shower in bathroom. Lack of hooks despite previous reviews and nowhere to hang clothes in bathroom.

Fantastic location, clean, tidy, had everything we needed.

Quite pricey to be honest.

Proximity to the town and the river Dee trails. And short driving distances to amazing sites such as the Burn O’Vat.

Providing a kitchen towel roll and a few basic things such as coffee, tea and sugar would have been nice. But the coop grocery store isn’t far away so not a big deal.
