Good sized apartment, two bedrooms, one is ensuite with toilet, sink and shower. Second bedroom is opposite bathroom which has toilet, sink and bath with shower over. Both bedrooms have tv and there is also a tv in lounge with ability to record programmes. Easy parking and within walking distance of plenty of eating and drinking places.

Would be useful if fridge had a freezer compartment.

Kitchen light was very dim, and with no under cupboard lights, food preparation was not easy.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you would expect at home, it was a short walk from the town square but far enough away to enjoy the quiet, it was also located on the banks of the river which allowed you access to the river walks

Nothing to complain about

Location was good. It was comfortable & parking was good.

No towel rail in bathroom. Shower control difficult to work. No mirror in second bedroom & nowhere to lay items after unpacking. No icebox or freezer.

Cleaning products were there, good bedroom sizes and a bathroom for both rooms. Nice tableware. Very clean. Really good location. Great parking.

We would’ve liked comfier sofas.

Location was great , good view of the river.

The location of this property was perfect. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this location, but the first time in this flat. There are some lovely little extras like the nespresso machine and ninja which are perfect for a family. The view out the living room window really makes it.

There were a few things that we noticed during our stay. - the main bed, it’s very squeaky and makes a noise with every little movement which makes having a good nights sleep difficult, which is ashame as the mattress isn’t uncomfortable. There is a seat in the kitchen which is very unstable, we ended up using the spare in the cupboard, but included for future guests. - no freezer, I understand this was not advertised but as a family it would of been a huge help to have a small freezer during our stay. - advertised to have a highchair and games console, both of which we were unable to find and we had to go and buy a highchair. My son was disappointed that there was not a games console to play at night. - The information on the laminate was very basic and no pin for the sky , luckily we have been to Ballater numerous times so know our way about and the local restaurants , but we found a guide book super helpful in other holiday homes we had been in, in Ballater. -clothes horse was broken so difficult to use - the flat felt like it needed a deep clean, there was marks on the couches and carpets and the intercom phone in the kitchen was really dirty. The hoover wasn’t the easiest to use and the bed linen had an awful smell to it.
