Very nice apartment

Why didnt the owner advise me prior to arrival that the lift was out of service and we had to walk 2 floors of spiral stairs to the apartment. He could have given me the option whether i could canx. I rang the owner, and he said the lift was recently Out of Service, which is incorrect, other tenants advised me the lift has been inoperative for over a month and there was no news on when it would be fixed.

Two storey apartment and lift not working so had to carry luggage up a narrow winding staircase

The location is good,near the Queen Street Station.

There is something wrong with the water heater,and the router is also broken , so I can't access the Internet.

Good location for exploring Glasgow on foot. Spacious apartment. Just unfortunate that the lift was not working, but good exercise going up x2 flights of stairs.

Would have liked to be informed ahead of time that the car space was inaccessible due to international bike race and lots of road closures.

Only one access to the street. Location within perimeter of the UCI event, with traffic prohibition rules. Without preliminary info, i preferred to « escape » during the night to make sure I would not be trapped in the locked perimeter on the morning of check out day. No clear info ahead of time from service provider on this crucial element for the traveler. Being in the center has advantages but can also lead to problems, under specific circumstances. Dirty Trash room on the 2nd floor, full of rubbish, bags, bins… this isn’t disgusting. Lift out of service. No indication of floor with the staircase. There are areas for improvement including communication.

Everything is within driving/walking distance of the apartment, loads of options for food including delivery around. Everything was clean and tidy, good facilities in the room. Couldn’t ask for more from the apartment. Contacted the host at the beginning, who replied and helped instantly. Keysafe is in a good location, everything was accessible.

Nothing to do with the apartment and the hosts, however the car park only has the one exit so if the road is closed this makes it really difficult to leave.
