Very clean and comfortable accomodation. Well appointed kitchen. Lovely location

Beautiful apartment. There was tea, coffee, sugar and a pint of milk waiting for us. Amber messaged us to check everything was ok and came over within 10 mins to top up toilet roll. Very friendly and helpful.

A larger mat to put your shoes on by the front door to put your shoes on. Would also be better if there was a mat by the door to the balcony.

Very clean with good location and good shower

Local beach used by too many dog owners outside of permitted hours, ignoring beach regulations.

The house is near Maenporth Beach, so that is nice. Unfortunately, even though pretty close, there is at best an obstructed view of the little bay since the apartment is just by the side of the house. Most pictures show the front of the house but all you see here is the owners' beautiful large sea-facing windows and terrace/balcony. That is not your view or your terrace unfortunately. The apartment is obviously thought to be a place for visiting in-laws as there is a connecting door to the owners' place from your kitchen (locked) and the tiny all day (except very early mornings) shadowy part of the balcony you are allowed to use leads to the huge terrace of the owners' place.

From the pictures you get a completely different impression compared to what the apartment has to offer. It is tiny, there is very little sea view and almost no chance to sit in the sun. You are not allowed to sit outside next to the kitchen even though that would be the place to catch some sun. The apartment has modern furnishings (Ikea) but isn't very well equipped with regard to kitchen stuff and there is nowhere to sit to enjoy a nice evening. The sofa is extremely uncomfortable, as is the bed which was very saggy . We also had some bad luck with the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils and the oven. We told the cleaner who wanted to rectify but of course we already cleaned once more what we had to use to be able to cook. Overall, not the most pleasant stay.
