Needs refurbishing

The location was perfect. Lovely garden, balcony and beach to sit. Watching the horses, dogs, boats and passers by on the beach. Host was really nice and very helpful. Could not have been better. We had the perfect stay and hope to return.

The beds could have been comfier.

Location was amazing - right on the beach and a pleasant walk to town. Frank was also a great host.

The view was exceptional

The beds were like sleeping on slabs and there was an obscene amount of bugs in all the rooms. Plus the track getting to it is quick bumpy. It was very outdated in furniture

Thank you Frank and Tik very helpful and friendly . Beautiful view you can't beat that seeing sunrise and set. The final night star watching. The grandchildren loved it. Just a stone throw to beach. I'd definitely return again. 🏖️😍

What an absolutely stunning view out over the North sea. Just a few yards outside the front door and you're down on to the beach which the kids enjoyed, and I could sit on the balcony and keep an eye on them. Frank was very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well during our stay, something that I don't do very well at home so this helped towards a very relaxing week. Overall this property represents excellent value breaks with stunning views.

The road to the property has some very large deep potholes which will bounce you around unless you slow to a crawl and give your suspension a good check up. And if I had one niggle the toilet seat was loose, something I see other reviewers have commented on.
