Overall property is a bit small (bed, shower, kitchen) but workable for two people.

What a great apartment in a fantastic location close to excel and access to transport links. Parking for a small fee around the corner was so good and the store a few steps away helped for the those last minute purchase. For us milk sweets and a bottle of wine

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il mérite largement un 10/10 ! L’accueil a été exceptionnel : notre hôte a été très disponible, d’une grande gentillesse et a pris le temps de nous donner toutes les explications nécessaires pour que notre séjour se passe parfaitement. L’appartement est très bien équipé : vaisselle complète, électroménagers, prises européennes, Netflix, Disney Channel… tout est pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les produits de première nécessité mis à disposition (café, thé, condiments, produits ménagers, etc.), ce qui est vraiment un plus. Nous ne sommes restés que deux nuits, mais nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps tant nous nous y sommes sentis bien. Enfin, le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter !

Superb location, a 15 minute walk to St erth train station making getting to and from all the important sites in cornwall so easy! Everything was immaculate and the owner had everything you could possibly want or need layed out! Will absolutely plan to return at some point!

This was not an issue for me at all, but the shower was on the smaller side and for someone of a larger stature it may be uncomfortable.
