Large 1st Floor Open Plan Apartment

The location

The smell, no service ( was not clean and the curtains were broken), for this price, i was expecting at least 4 star standards. Charging for 3 adults rather than the rooms. Very strict on check out timing ( charging 10 Eur for every extra hour)

Excellent location, helpful staff (on phone/email) and good facilities. Wi-Fi was excellent and great parking on site.

Bathroom cleanliness was a little low, but overall good in the apartment (must just have been missed!). Furniture beginning to get a little tired, but still functional.

Flat was far too hot. Problem with toilet although they did send someone to sort it, but kept us up all night. I know it couldn’t be helped but we were woken up at 6 every morning with a screaming child that screamed for a good couple of hours, Walls are paper thin. Blinds really need replacing. Needs a decent clean. Lounge far too small for 3/4 people! Could do with a corner settee as we took it in turns to get a seat on the settee not comfortable at all.

The host was very professional and responsive. We needed to extend our stay by a few days and we were able to do this very easily. We always felt like we could contact and quickly receive a reply/action. The location and parking were very good. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. There are decent basic kitchen gadgets and utensils. The place was very clean. PLENTY of pillows and other bedding!

The shower was a bit difficult to figure out and seemed to be too hot or too cold. There was a drain issue but the host immediately sorted that. There were a couple of broken slats at the end of the beds. This didn't affect sleeping comfort but it wasn't really possible to sit at the foot of the beds. We couldn't find a broom or dustpan but we bought one and left it at the property for others to use.
