Central location and parking

Heating was difficult to adjust - a minor point

The property is lovely and very well-kept. There are a few scuff marks here and there but nothing that affected us at all. It's in a great location, around a six minute walk from the shambles. The views are nice, a shame about the building site when we went but it didn't affect our stay. The lobby is clean, the woman behind the desk was helpful and kind and the parking is very secure. The couches are comfortable, good sound from the TV, lovely artwork as well. The only downside in the apartment furnishing itself was the master bedroom's mattress which felt a bit springy - the other bedroom's mattress felt very comfortable.

The fire alarm went off at around 3am on the last night, and kept going off every 10 minutes or so. We called the company listed on the door for issues with the fire alarm and were told they'd need to send an engineer to reset the alarm system. The alarm was LOUD and rang in pretty much every room. We could stop it by pressing the alarm (which required standing on a chair that didn't feel the safest) but it just kept reactivating. It did stop eventually but neither of us got any sleep past 3am. I did email the company directly regarding this last week however I haven't heard back from them unfortunately. I was also told the engineer would call us, but there was no call, which was a bit of a pain as I stayed up waiting for it.

Everything was perfectly organised. The apartment is really nice and cosy. Excellent location with a parking space .Beautiful views.
