Fern Studio 1 Bedroom Apartment

Small apartment but in a great location close to everything.

The main issue we had was with parking.

Lovely ‘quirky’ apartment. Had everything we needed for our stay. Exceptionally clean. Would not hesitate to recommend. The lovely Welsh Cakes were much appreciated.

It was clean and a good shower plus well equipped with refrigerator and microwave

It is a partly converted cellar , partly below ground level, so no outlook from windows. Access is difficult, via up and down gravel steps. Decorating only part finished

I found it really difficult to actually open the coded box. Fortunately I had a friend who assisted. I had to press down the black lever whilst she tugged it open. Had I been alone and at night I don't think I could have opened it.

Very cosy wee studio, loved the style! Easy to check in, and very handy from the centre of the town. Nice garden with furniture to relax (if the weather is good!). It had all the necessary appliances for the kitchen (although I spent most of my days out, so didn't use them). It has a TV in the room with it's own Netflix account for the guest!! Coffee, tea and milk provided, as well as Welsh cakes as welcome gift! I had never tried them, and I loved them :D

The fact that is a reconverted basement means there's not much natural light but, as I mentioned, being most of my day out, didn't mind it. Dinner + TV difficult because the TV is in the room and the table in the kitchen (minor detail, to be honest, not important!).

Bathroom a bit dark - too many steps if mobility is a problem
