1 Bed Georgian Apartment in Bath City Centre

The location was like a 20 minute walk to the high street, if that. It is in a very beautiful area and the flat itself is really pretty and well decorated.

There was no instructions on how to use the appliances like the oven/hob as it is a different type to one we have at home so took a while to figure out. However this isn’t a major issue as it didn’t affect how good our trip or stay was.

Up to date clean comfortable and warm not far from places

The only thing was no book to write comments in and lack of parking

The flat is in a lovely area of Bath but it is a fairly steep walk up from the main part of town. There is a handy Co-op in the road just behind for essentials. A lovely quirkily decorated flat on the first floor with a very comfy bed and sofa. I was pleased to find a non-smart tv as I don't have logins for netflix etc. The flat was very cosy as the storage heaters were fantastic. There was a plug in radiator and fan - for all weather types. Opposite a very nice looking pub, but no noise at night. Hosts were very responsive. The lockbox wasn't marked (now rectified) and I didn't know which one had the key - hosts were there in seconds to help me.

The flat is very popular so the owners probably don't have much time for running repairs, but one of the ceiling lights was out in the bathroom and the curtains in the bedroom, and wardrobe door handle were coming away. There were only 2 mismatched mugs and some of the tumblers (I couldn't reach the wine glasses) weren't very clean. However, these were small niggles and I would definitely stay again.

The apartment is very well located, newly renovated, and very spacious for two people. It was perfect for us to explore bath and the neighboring countryside.

Maybe the labelling of the key safes could be renewed, there was a little confusion.
