Tewitfield Marina

I have stayed here multiple times, consistently high standards of cleanliness and maintaining. Comfortable accommodation with great location in canal . Staff are hospitable and helpful from admin to ground staff and cleaning team You will not do bettervin this neck if the woods .

Spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels, facing onto the Marina with lovely views As we were self catering it was great to find everything you might need in the kitchen, including a Welcome pint of milk and some biscuits. Beds were comfy, toilet had shower and bath and for a night off cooking….the Longlands hotel was just across the car park from the Marina If your looking to break your journey, Tewitfield Marina is close to the M6 turnoff, if your on holiday, it nice and central for exploring Cumbria and the Lakes A lovely place to stay and well priced, I would stay here again.

It is close to the M6 so you can hear the traffic passing, but it’s not too noisy as the ducks and wildlife on the canal seemed Quite Happy

Convenience of car park to unit was good and view from the apartment was lovely.

Shower could do with an upgrade and need a more powerful extractor in the bathroom.
