Everything was fab and Ute our host seemed a particularly pleasant woman. The view was second to none.

There could have been soap in the bathroom but this was a very minor issue.

Exceptional host who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The apartment was super comfortable, quiet, equipped with everything we needed, and the view was exceptional. Thank you Ute!

"Excellent stay - Owner is so welcoming - would stay again if visiting Arran"

Firstly, the owner Ute is genuinely a really nice person. You can tell she wants to make your experience as perfect as possible and goes the extra mile for you. Personal touch is not common these days but she provided it. My family had a terrible experience with another accommodation on the island and had to cancel it abruptly on the day. When we contacted Ute, the owner, she turned out to be a godsend. As we had been so rushed to find suitable alternative accommodation for our children she was amazing with her calm and sensitive approach. This was most welcome given our difficult situation. Location was brilliant - just round the corner from Lamlash main shops/pubs amenities. Easy access to main road to Brodick. Parking off road at premises. The views are sensational as the accommodation is on high ground. I have visited Arran for decades and this view is the best I've ever experienced. I have stayed in Lamlash bay hotel around the corner - for the price and rooms etc this accommodation is far better.

Wouldn't change anything with this. The experience was fantastic. It would be good if every other proprietor in the island was similar to that of Ute.A lovely person. I have nothing but praise for this booking and will be returning to it. There is no place on the island in my experience which is better for value and the professionalism shown by the owner.

Excellent attention from Ute. Beautiful setting overlooking the sea and the Holy Island. Comfortable and large bed, large living room with lots of character. Everything we needed in kitchen. Spotlessly clean bathroom, lovely shower. You can walk easily to Lamlash where there are a selection of Restaurants and cafés.

We liked everything and we had no complaints.
