"Beautiful view, comfortable apartment, nice break from being online."

The view over Holy Island is exceptional. The apartment is comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The owners were friendly & accommodating. I enjoyed the lack of internet for a few days.

There’s no WiFi or mobile reception, which I quite liked - it was a break from the modern world, but it did make planning during my stay difficult. There’s a TV, but only BBC1 & 2 work consistently.

Our host Ute was very welcoming and took time to show us around and give us ideas and suggestions for our holiday. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable and provided everything we wanted. We loved the balcony and the views over to Holy Island were spectacular. The location was perfect for exploring Lamlash on foot and all the key activities on the island could be easily reached by car. We would definitely recommend.

Beautiful 150+ year old villa, in an excellent location surrounded by lovely gardens. The apartment has lots of charm from its historical past incl furniture etc. Ute, the owner, is a lovely lady who was very attentive and helpful in making sure we enjoyed our stay.

While it was known that there was no Wi-Fi, (when you get used to Wi-Fi always being provided) it was still disappointing as mobile coverage is poor, and the tv signal was likewise dodgy.

The views, the location, the owner's reception and advice were all outstanding.

It took us a while to get used to the idea that there was no WiFi. This is made clear on the property description however.
