Last minute booking that exceeded our expectations. Blessingbourne is a beautiful place. The apartment was perfect for our family of four plus our pet dog. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. And the lake was perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding!

The apartments are perfect in every way. Clean, comfortable. The bed was like laying on a marshmallow creating a deep sleep. The country has so much to offer, walking trails, fishing, boat hire, bike hire to discover all around on bike trails. Tennis and much more.. great to connect with the country with the grounds so much effort by the owners in the upkeep of the grounds. The owners are above and beyond in every way in making your stay the best you could possibly want. So friendly and helpful in every way. Relaxing picnic tables on the grounds with peaceful surroundings. Barbecues were available which was great during our stay. Without doubt this is the most outstanding holiday break we have had at Blessingbourne estate and without doubt you will agree when you book with them.

Blessingbourne was more than a wonderful, uplifting and energising experience: it was a revelation. We loved it! The log cabin was so cosy and comfortably slept three people. Colleen had thoughtfully left sweet and savoury snacks, as well as tea and coffee, and had furnished the kitchen area with everything you could possibly need, right down to the wooden spoon! Colleen, herself, is the sweetest, sweetest lady. She welcomes you to Blessingbourne as though she were welcoming you into the warmth of her own home. We organised a little photoshoot for our daughter while we were there and Nick chivalrously ferried us around on the buggy during the shoot, help which proved invaluable! We had an unforgettable time and our only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer. We'd love to go back!
