Drakes Wharf @ Royal William Yard

We loved the apartment and really appreciated the fact that fresh milk, coffee and tea was provided for when we arrived. The service was excellent, we couldn't fault anything and we will definitely return. The position of the apartment was excellent too, with many restaurants, bars and even a superb cinema within easy walking distance. Thank you.

Setting is lovely, lots of nice places to eat. The agents have been brilliant

For the amount of days, it would of been good to have additional bath towels available, no time to do washing

The view out of the 1 window, nice big shower, the whole Wharf and its buildings and restaurants

The bedroom incl bed Temperature in apartment was always a little cool, around 19 Celsius

No space for suitcases. Information about Wi-Fi could have been made clearer.

Location, layout, kitchen, comfy bed, pleasant man gave us the key

Filthy carpets stained each side of bed, lounge carpet so full of dirt and animal hairs it was a disgrace and gave me allergies, difficult to close blinds on window, the trick photography that showed marina view on bookings.com, but in fact this was a screen in the photo and the window looks onto a wall and restaurant. Nasty UNHELPFUL lady on the phone and email when we tried to find out about our parking spot. No response to the email about the noisy loo cistern that kept refilllng keeping us awake . Bathroom ok but could do with a deep clean
