Stylish Town Centre Apartment Close to Beach and Shops

Very clean, spacious and friendly atmosphere

It was a light and airy property in a good location. The kitchen and bathroom were nice and there was a good amount of space for the 3 of us to move around and enjoy

It was difficult to clean as there were no cloths, towels or sponges or any cleaning products for the kitchen. The sofa needs a cover and the bedsheet didn’t fit properly

Dirty, small , stains on sofa , fittings lose no tv network dodgy windows

Sofa bed was broken, stained . Room wasn’t cleaned properly . Very very old towel was provided Extra douvet and pillow was provided but without covers . No toilet paper was provided Was a lot of hair in the shower room Sink was blocked

Spacious room and bathroom , great shower Lots of space for clothes Well equipped kitchen Lots of various lights, especially liked the 4 above breakfast table Comfy large bed Netflix, wonderful, do not have television at home. Clean in side and out side, liked the light out side of apartment Quiet area, felt safe.

The sitting area was very stained and looked dirty so watched television sitting on bed No tea towel or hand towel for kitchen and could not find can opener, maybe in dish washer Only used the big towel as the other two were stained The bedding seemed too small so was not able to keep tidy especially bottom sheets

Neighbor in the upstairs flat very rude, very noisy, my wife and I didn't sleep well, very noisy when the neighbors were closing the door

It was a disappointing experience with this property and My booking.com. Never going to use these services again. Upon reaching the property, the key was not in the designated key box. I managed to reach the property owner by phone and was provided with backup keys. However, upon entering the room, I found it in a disheveled state and clearly not cleaned after the previous guest. I promptly contacted the property to request a cancellation and refund.
