Beautiful Property In A Fantastic Location

The property manager Lynne was very helpful in getting us situated and bought us eggs, milk and tasty treats to greet us. The owner Roberta was very patient and an excellent communicator even though I wasn't as our trip was somewhat complicated and I was a little discombobulated for our first couple of days in Scotland. The apartment is charming and bright and lovely with great water pressure and a roomy updated bathroom. The kitchen is updated and very nice for basic meal preparation but we ate out for most of our meals. The location is fabulous, in the heart of St Andrews and near everything. We look forward to coming back.

Central location, everything you need in kitchen. Beds were super comfortable. Lyn was very helpful and accommodating.

Really good 'home from home' feeling. Everything you could need.

The pub downstairs can be a bit noisy at times, but you can't hear anything from the bedrooms.

Great location, weather still nice in mid-September, pretty youngish feeling in the first week or two after University courses started, Lynne who was our contact was very discret but present when we needed support.

Car parking nearby is a bit difficult at times, but possible on streets nearby with no-payment option in some areas.

Romslig, ren, velutstyrt og sjarmerende innredet med fokus på historiske detaljer. Perfekt beliggenhet med gangavstand til alt. Vertene er meget oppmerksomme og trivelige. Jeg hadde ikke lest alt i omtalen, og handlet derfor "basics" til frokost før vi ankom leiligheten - bare for å oppdage at en deilig "welcome-basket" med både croissants, smør, egg, juice, melk, kaffe, frukt - og mye mer - ventet oss! Luksus!

En bagatell for oss: Tregulvet knirker fælt. I og med at leiligheten ligger så sentralt, og over en pub, må noe støy på kveldstid/frem til rundt midnatt påberegnes. Check-out kunne gjerne vært litt senere enn 10.

Le logement est magnifique, très bien placé. Plein de petites attentions : le panier pour le petit déjeuné, le jus de fruits frais dans le frigo, la cuisine tout équipée, le wifi gratuit, les lits très confortable. Un séjour inoubliable.

The apartment was really lovely with quality fixtures and fittings. Location perfect, up several steps but essentially ground floor. Nice basket of fruit and nibbles and a stocked fridge. The decoration was out of a magazine and the smell was devine. Great attention to detail.

Property is beautifully presented and in fabulous location.
