Incorrect Pin was provided for the Keybox Bins were full and hard for us to dispose of our rubbish correctly. Blind in the top bedroom wouldn't open Checkout time was a bit early

we stayed for two nights while visiting legoland so didn't spend much time there apart from sleeping and getting ready. 5 adult and 2 children in our party. home was beautifully decorated, needs touching up in places but it didn't matter, very clean and happy to find everything we needed. even down to entertainment, we was debating bringing the fire stick with us due to small kids but one was already set up ready. so bonus to keep them entertained! nice to be kept updated by hostly, and regular emails from then during the stay with contact details if we had issues ect. we didn't need any assistance everything was very straightforward, but I'm sure the contact team would have been brilliant if we needed them.

the mattresses were hard but we are used to sleeping on soft beds so not property owners fault.
