"Wonderful little gem"

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable. Quiet and warm. All the amenities you’ll need … iron & board, kettle, fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery, bathroom supplies. The basket of goodies and breakfast items. Lots of very thoughtful touches from the Hosts. The only thing missing for me was an area with a chair and surface to do hair and make up. That aside The Cartlodge is a lovely place to stay.

"High End beautiful and cozy apartment."

The Cartlodge is a high end beautiful apartment with mod cons, good heating and all the amenities. The hosts provided breakfast items and snacks as well as Tea & coffee facilities, Microwave, iron and plenty of hanging space. The bathroom has under floor heating and a decent shower. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is situated in a picturesque village next door to the Green Man pub which serves excellent fare and drinks.

The location is in a quaint village with not much around apart from the pub next door. the nearest show is a 10 minute walk down country lanes but is easily accessible by car.

"Perfect little hideaway to refresh"

The apartment was lovely, clean and uplifting. There was a basket of breakfast and some fresh milk in the fridge which were a lovely touch. I asked for recommendations of local places which were given quickly. I would have loved to have stayed for longer :)

"Almost perfect"

Spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean. Owners friendly and very helpful. Top quality fixtures, fittings and furniture. EV charger an unexpected bonus.

Although a kettle, microwave and fridge are provided, there are no actual kitchen facilities, no toaster or coffee maker, no table and no sink.
