The Cartlodge

Great location in quiet village next to a pub serving excellent meals. Close to wedding venue at Braxted Park. Spacious apartment looked newly decorated, very clean and well furnished.

Had trouble using wifi, everything else was great.

Beautiful countryside location with a fantastic pub right next door. The property is immaculate. Every detail has been thought about from the tea/coffee, bath towels, toiletries, fresh milk to the wonderful snack hamper. As a lone traveller I felt very secure and particularly liked the covered parking with direct access to the apartment door. If you like a quality, clean room in a beautiful countryside setting then this property will not disappoint.

The Cartlodge is a beautiful bolthole. It is very comfortable and spacious; perfect for two people. It was also in a great location for attending a wedding at nearby Braxted Park. The complimentary drinks and snacks provided were a very nice touch.

Beautiful property with high spec furniture, lots of space, exceptionally clean. Bed very comfortable and pillows exceptional. Loved the compliment basket, just what was needed after a long drive and milk on fridge! Didn't meet hosts but as we like it.
