A gorgeous, airy property. A great location - just a short walk to the beach or town, with lots of restaurants to choose from. However, do make sure you have good walking shoes because St Ives is notoriously very hilly, although can be a nice post-dinner challenge climbing back to the property. The parking space was a huge plus. It was clearly marked, I had no troubles fitting a small-medium sized car into it, and had no issues with anybody else ever using the space. It was a nice added bonus being able to see my car from the living room at all times, for that added sense of security. And the property felt like a peaceful little getaway. The large shower and gorgeous freestanding bath were great for relaxation. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery etc and had a wide range of amenities including oven, dish washer, washing machine, microwave etc. A local contact was provided a few days ahead of arrival and again in the welcome pack inside. This was a lovely peace of mind just in case I had any issues accessing the property. I know others have mentioned difficulties with keys/locking and unlocking the door. Whilst I did struggle the first time I did this, it just seems to be about getting the knack for the specific key/lock. This worked perfectly for me every other time.

I struggled to lift the curtain in the back bedroom even with the instructions provided, perhaps because I am on the shorter side. Leaving this half open rather than fully down for arrivals may be a better option. There did seem to a be some discrepancies between the welcome pack emailed ahead of arrival and what was provided at the property. For example, the version at the property did not include information about what to do with linens upon departure, whereas the emailed version mentioned clear bags being provided to bag them up. I also could not see these bags at all. Perhaps this should be reviewed just for a more coherent experience.

Beautiful apartment at an excellent location, all very clean & cosy. Fully equipped kitchen, milk in the fridge was nice to have. Timely & easy communication about arrival & access. Will stay again

Front door lock difficult to unlock with key with black cover. Spare key was better. Left this in the key box.

Light bright, airy and spacious, plus parking! What’s not to love!! Beautiful kitchen and bedrooms. They really had made the most of the space.

A few tell tale signs that it had been a long summer. Just wear and tear. Struggled with the key lock on front door. Needed a Masonic handshake to get in some days!

Very lovely space, the bath is beautiful! The mezz area is just fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful. There were a couple of issues, but Natasha went above and beyond to help!

I think that being disabled, it was difficult for me to access everything, also the floors were pretty dirty 😬 our feet were black! There were a couple of issues with the plumbing and a broken toilet seat, but Natasha resolved the issues super fast, so that really helped.
