Always a good stay

Old fruit left in the cooler ,bit no big issue we just put them in the bin

Good location, jacuzzi bath was lovely.

Just generally untidy found old piercings on the floor, hair in the bed, marks and paint peeling in the room, the towel heating rack was so hot when we arrived it burnt my hip and blistered after my shower.

The room was well equipped clean and comfortable.

The communal areas leading to the apartment were very dirty. The carpet looked as though it had not been hoovered for a long time and there were marks all over the walls. Not reflective of the standard of the apartments. The toilet flush was really stiff and needs replacing. The gate to the building was constantly left open too. Had to chase up the codes for accessing the apartment several times and didn’t get them until after check in time.

The cleanliness wasn’t the best. The bin hadn’t been emptied and had a cigarette packet in it. There was a piece of chewing gum in the kitchen sink,the flush on the toilet didn’t work properly and I don’t think it had been hoovered as the were bits all over.

Great location, lovely room and helpful staff! The balcony and jacuzzi bath were fantastic additions.

Small maintenance problems, like having to manually roll up the blind to the balcony door.

I didn’t even stay because the damp and smell of damp was very disgusting. The smell of fast food up the stairs also disgusting. Bed was hard toilet was grim! They used a towel as a bath mat- which was bleach stained

It was quite central, nothing more than you need is more than 5 minutes walk away.

Room 11, really damp smell, visible signs of a roof leak, had to sleep with the windows and the door to the terrace open (and the heating on) to alleviate. Terrace needs jet washing as very slippery when wet. Tea, coffee etc. supplied but no milk. Room 10 next door comings and goings all the time at night, slamming doors. A sketchy town.
