The Vault at Westacres

The bed was very comfortable, the location was perfect for exploring the area, the kitchen had enough facilies.

Had to store bicycles outside. Flat was adequate but small.

This was a cute, comfortable and cosy unit - perfect for a couple or solo traveller like me. Communication with hosts was great and they responded quickly to any of my queries. Bathroom was clean and modern (great shower) and the kitchen was well equipped and had an oven. Loved having Netflix on the TV. Although situated on a reasonably busy street the unit is back from the road and is very quiet and peaceful, with a small garden retreat you can use. The designated off-street parking, right at the front door of the unit, was much appreciated as was the easy flat entry to the unit with no stairs to negotiate. Good location as you can easily walk to the main streets, pubs, cafes, supermarkets and tourist sights of Hexham and it's very handy to get to the Hadrian's Wall sites.

Location excellent, hosts welcoming and great having lots of character-full space rather than a boring hotel room!

Easy walk into town to access all the facilities. Close to the access to the racecourse which was one purpose of our visit.

The location was excellent, easy to find and enter and exit the property. Also easy to walk to pub and restaurants in Hexham. The apartment itself was very compact but very well outfitted. The bed and pillows were great; the shower was fine; the heating was good. We would return to the Vault if visiting Hexham again.

Convenient location for town centre. Comfortable accommodation with friendly, helpful host. Easy parking.

Microwave would have been a useful addition to the property.

The Vault is really well situated for exploring Hexham. The parking space was really welcome. The Vault is small but perfectly formed in a great location. All in all a really good find in Hexham. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming. We would certainly recommend 👍
