Close to attractions. Beautiful old buildings close by. Walking by the river was a highlight. Good facilit.

Cosy? It’s a Smelly, Filthy Trap. Our recent stay at this apartment was extremely disappointing and, quite frankly, unacceptable. The apartment is unreasonably small to the point of being uninhabitable. The bathroom was a complete nightmare — so cramped that simply entering, closing the door, and attempting to use the toilet was a struggle. The toilet did not drain properly, forcing me to manually flush with buckets of water. To make matters worse, the bathroom heater was broken, and we had no way to dry our towels. Even basic hygiene tasks like brushing our teeth became difficult due to the lack of space. The entire apartment reeked of damp and mold. The smell was pervasive and deeply unpleasant, making the space feel more like a neglected storage unit than a place to stay. The bed was uncomfortable, poorly constructed, sagging at the edges, and far too small for two people. The only wardrobe also had a strong, foul odor, so we had no choice but to hang our clothes by the entrance to avoid the stench. This property should absolutely not be listed on Booking.com. It fails to meet even the most minimal standards expected from a rental listing. It is misleading, overpriced, and utterly unworthy of what is charged. I strongly advise against anyone booking this apartment — it is, without exaggeration, a smelly, claustrophobic, and substandard space that borders on being uninhabitable. There are far better options in this city for the same or even lower prices. This experience felt like a complete scam.

Bed was comfortable. Heating worked.

The cleanliness. Dust everywhere and black corners in the room. Plus it was quite damp. Fridge doesn’t get cold so your food will get spoiled. I had told the team and they were no help. When the cleaner came after I checked out she told them it worked. Yes the fridge light was on and plugged in but the controls in the fridge would not give you a cold temperature when you changed them. I was astonished that they could charge you so much for such bad quality.
