Clean, spacious comfortable apartment well situated just off the bustling Shirley High Road & well situated for Southampton city centre. Apartment is part of an Edwardian semi, with spacious high-ceilinged rooms with large bright double glazed windows and has been well modernised, comprising a large living room, adjoining kitchen diner, comfortable bedroom & modernised bathroom. A real gem of a find making for an exceptional stay for a couple. Off road parking provides added value.

Can be noisy

The flat is really good, very clean and in good location. The communication with the owners was easy and efficient.

The apartment was as advertised clean and comfortable and nicely furnished.

In the building entrance the carpet was wet and smelly. The stairs were very steep and difficult to navigate with luggage. The handrail is close to the wall and difficult to hold. In the apartment the shower enclosure wasn’t sufficient to keep the water spray from going over the floor when taking a shower.

The hallway up to the apartment was filthy and the carpets smelled terrible

It is close enough to be able to walk into the city centre and yet tucked away in a quiet area so it feels quite peaceful inside. The flat is warm and cosy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay; bed very comfortable and everything lovely and clean.

Loved the spacious comfortable lounge area and the location in relation to where we wanted to be. Great parking facilities.

Neighbours above were pretty noisy and a dog out the back barking at various hours. Bathroom needs a little TLC.

This was self catering accommodation. The location was perfect for me as I wished to be near my son who lives in the next road. It was very quiet considering how close it was to amenities.

The communal staircase could do with a make over as it does not compare with standard of accommodation in apartment.

It's a lovely, comfortable and well equipped apartment, with parking. Quiet location , not far from Central station and short walk into town.

Everything, it was a cozy and like home away from home. Would definitely not hesitate staying there again. 11/10.
