Roker Cottage, luxury seaside apartment, private parking, sky tv

I liked the cleanliness, orderliness and the peaceful situation of Roker Cottage - even though it is in a street there was very little traffic noise. I very much apreciated that Lesley met me on my arrival to show me around the property etc. she is a very approachable, friendly and helpful person - nothing was too much trouble for her

property was very clean, highly maintained, very spacious, living room which has a nice big settee and a big TV, internet was very good and fast. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need to function. Had no issues with parking, a big plus was the great location right on the front meaning seafront was literally across the road.

very minor one but there is 1 clunky radiator in bedroom when the heating comes on, simple fix was to drop the thermostat down that particular rad and it was solved

nothing, everything was perfect

Everything about the flat as perfect, a real home from home. Great big bed, we slept like logs. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfy cozy sitting room with a large TV. WiFi was fab. En suite loo and second bathroom, the shower is amazing, you could easily save water and shower together ! The rear garden was secluded and an absolute suntrap. Comfy garden furniture, plenty of seating to have friends round for the evening. Great secure parking behind the electric roller shutter gate. Lesley the owner and host is absolutely lovely and was a minute away if we needed any help, not that we did, but handy to know. I could go on and on singing the flat's praises, but it just makes me feel "homesick" !!
