Walkable into central Cardiff . Nice neighbour Pool table

Didn't manage to work the TV, Didn't get to use the hot tub, looked nice but a bit of a luxury

Spacious and comfortable beds

Areas of the property need a fresh lick of paint or updating. Couldn’t work out how to use Television.

The property could do with some updating-needs a bit of TLC. The frontage needed tidying and cleaning. The pool table area suggested that it was more suitable for a group of lads although our granddaughter (aged 9) enjoyed using it. The back yard is bare-maybe a few pot plants would brighten it up.

The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and there was plenty of room for 11 of us. The house was immaculate on arrival. Easy location to find and secure parking. Really quick walk to the centre of Cardiff.

Hot tub and pool table were a big hit

Booked for workers. They were very happy with this accommodation, they loved the social aspect to it as well. It is clean and worked well for the group. Easy to access and close to our project.

This property charges a hefty deposit. Be prepared to pay £500. I appreciate some properties charge a deposit but it is annoying that the booking.com site doesn't prepare you when the deposits are over £250. I would much prefer that the website had a section detailing the deposit required as there is no option but to pay it once it is booked. I book a lot of properties every week for workers and if I am paying £500 every booking this is a lot of money to pay forward especially when it takes a while to refund.

My workers seemed very happy with this accommodation and have stayed a couple of times. It has a good location for our project so they could walk in and the pool table was a great addition. They particularly liked the social aspect - being able to cook and dine together and having the space to spend their evenings together.

I wasn't happy with such a hefty deposit. I book an awful lot of accommodation and never get asked for £500 deposit. This is more than the property cost and I feel disproportionate and it takes a while to return it and they couldn't roll it over for subsequent week which was annoying. I appreciate the property managers want more but this should be stated in the information prior to booking as it was a shock the first time I booked it.

The property is in a great location

As soon as we opened the door the property we got a powerful smell of damp. The property is very run down and in need of a lot of repair work. Damp patches all over the downstairs. Holes in skirting and walls. I don’t think the property had been cleaned properly prior to our arrival as there were sweets, empty crisp packets and a fork under the sofa. In the front bedroom there was a bottle top and ring pull lying on the sofa behind the chair. I have taken various photographs which can be provided if required.
