Great location! Nice and clean!

Location, comfort, cleanliness, facilities and amenities - and nice finishing touches like fresh flowers. This is a very comfortable place to stay and compared to other apartments I've stayed in this is easily among the best.

Noisy motorcyclists

Wat je meteen op valt als je binnenkomt is hoeveel ze hebben gelet op de kleine details. Het is een heerlijk en compleet apartement op een geweldige locatie. De brug over en je bent in het centrum. De bedden lagen erg goed. Verschillende kussens. Kortom, hier wil ik graag nog eens terug komen. Het tapijt was nieuw en voelde heel zacht aan je voeten. En het het heeft dubbele ramen die beiden openkunnen. Het is wel een levendige omgeving.

Partial power loss in the middle of the night, but the owner arrived promptly in the morning and reset the circuit breaker, and then helped with our luggage.

Breakfast was not included. The comforter on the bed was too warm for June weather. We put the sheets which we found in the closet on the bed oursleves.

What a lovely apartment. We’ll set up and very comfortable. Handy to the station and town with a very interesting street scape right outside the window. We’re able to wash our clothes and cook our own dinner. Fabulous.

We were there on Saturday night and it was a bit noisy with the windows open but close them and it was fine.

Great location and hosts who go above and beyond to ensure a good stay, with good communications. Loved the extra touches such as fresh flowers and dried rose petals. Was a real wow factor when we walked in and far exceeded our expectations. Had everything you need for a comfortable, relaxed stay and more. Bed was comfy and temperature throughout the property was good. Did not expect tea, coffee, cooking oil and more being provided. As we were in the middle of a much longer trip, having a washer/dryer was excellent.

The property was on the top floor and stairs were narrow and steep so was a bit tight with our luggage. There was a little noise on the first night, but this might have been due to Spurs winning a European cup as the second night was quiet.

Location was very good. Close to the train, and close to the river and the wall. Having a washer/dryer was a real bonus.

Narrow stairs up to the apartment. Part of the charm but tricky to navigate with a larger suitcase.

It’s well designed and cozy apartment with a home vibe. You can feel like at home here and the location is a huge bonus.

It was clean and well kept. You can tell owners pay attention to details and a good design.

We couldn't have asked for a better location for exploring York. Sam was very helpful and came to check that we'd got in all right after arrival. He was also on hand via messaging to answer questions and with recommendations

The bed was a little too soft and not great for my back - perhaps it's time to replace the mattress?
