Living room.paint was flaky sofa not great parking terrible Want to charge me 80 for air purifier when it was smelly before I got there and 60 for a deep clean

The property is not suitable to feature on booking.com. Really dirty, damp, damaged walls and furniture, very clean pleasant.

Everything - very dirty and dilapidated

Spacious, modern, comfortable bed.

It seriously needs a deep clean as it smells of old cigarette & weed smoke which, to a non smoker, is extremely unpleasant. My poor air freshener couldn’t conceal it! I arrived for a 10 day stay in October, with a boiler that was faulty, meaning I had no hot water or heating. After trying to contact them again for help & asking politely for a reimbursement for my inconvenience, they refused. Im a young woman with asthma and I stayed for 5 days, had to shower at a gym and layer up until I gave up with them and had to put my health first. Bins were full to the brim and stunk. Appalling customer service, clearly no maintenance or cleaner on the property. I’d take your money & book elsewhere.
