"Would highly recommend staying at the property. Very close to RAF Mildenhall."

Communication was excellent and claire was very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was spotless and perfect for our needs. It was warm in the room, however we were provided with a fan which was great.

We enjoyed our stay at Annexe 11. Great location for both of the US Air bases. Room was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for an overnight stay

I liked the welcome note outside, candy floss for the kids laying on the pillows for them, fresh milk and orange juice. Kids really liked it and you just felt welcomed. Would stay again.

Lovely room. Easy to find and great location for Newmarket. The host was really friendly. Loved the orange juice in the fridge!

Unfortunately, the burglary alarm from one of the nearby business premises was set off in the early hours which woke us both up but that could happen anywhere.

Very clean and comfortable. Info about everything to hand eg take away brochures, local amenities, WiFi etc. Claire was delightful and obliging with plates etc. Good parking and position. Super tv connection. Netflix/Prime etc.
