The property is well located, spotlessly clean and ideal for our family, would definitely stay again.

Beautiful apartment, great location, easy check in.staff available good. Saltburn is so amazingly good.

The smell of curry in both nights when you came in, we thought we were above a curry house but we are above an amazing cafe with good food. Fridge had not been cleaned and marks on the wall. We had paid extra insurance , we thought with there policy over damage things would be fixed to make it nice for the next customer. Fridge was dirty it had not been cleaned No where to keep luggage if yo came in public transport. No ability for delayed check out 10 am is to early , apparently for cleaning , did not clean fridge to e last time do check vl ani g company . We would like compensation for smell and food and crumbs in fridge. Review check out time luggage storage as 10 am yearly . Bathroom needs a rethink. Sink to small could not move sheet screen very much.

Lovely stylish, modern and spacious apartment. Bright and airy with superb heating, if needed. Central location, beds super comfortable, night light plugs great feature, lovely smelling diffusers around the apartment. Everything you could ask for a comfortable home from home stay, would definitely stay here again.

Main entrance from street smelled like a wet dog smell. Main hallway/steps from street the sensor lights not very effective at lighting the stairs. Not holding these against the host as probably out of their control as a shared entrance.

Central for all.

Disliked the fact we had to wash some utensils before they could be used. Crumbs on work surfaces.

The location and was comfy

It was very dirty oven and oven trays where thick of grease had to take them out of room they smelt awful, coffee stains on floor and lots n lots of dog hairs and beads on floor , did leave message for owner no reply

The location of flat very good.

Flat was a bit tatty and not very clean dropped something on the floor moved sofa and found lots of rubbish and dust.

Very clean and comfortable
