Sunset View, 2 bedrooms in the heart of Holt with parking

Beautiful apartment in the center of Holt. Had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean. Tastefully decorated.

Well equipped and comfortable property in a central town location

Great view over town and countryside from the big, wide lounge picture-window. Clean and well-equipped, nicely decorated and furnished. Excellent kitchen / diner / lounge arrangement. Very convenient for Holt shops (eg big Budgens 5 min walk away). Quiet despite being near the centre of town. Very helpful host /owner.

It was tricky to locate the apartment in the dark and also to read the key-safe numbers to gain entry. Mildly inconvenient that the allotted parking space was some way from the apartment, but useful that short-term parking was available outside for unloading etc. Limited storage space for clothes. Turning the bathroom light on at night woke up the occupant of the top bunk in the adjacent bedroom (translucent window between). May be it would be better blacked out...?

Cost and front door key as couldn’t lock property; parking spot great but far away so if you’re not that mobile could be an issue

The property was great, very clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bonus to have parking within easy walking distance. Would definitively stay there again. Particularly liked that we were not presented with a list of do's and don't's when we we arrived. It was like going to visit a friends house rather than a commercial business.

The second bedroom has bunk beds which we knew when we booked and were fine for one night but we would not have liked to have more than one night sleeping in these as they moved and creaked when either of us turned over. Don't know if there would be room for link beds.

Location was excellent for Holt town centre. The apartment was very well equipped spacious and comfortable.
