Great location, clean, fairly quiet.

The keys had to be collected and returned from a shop around a 10 min walk away (uphill), which was a real hard slogg walking up the hill with cases. I would suggest that a lock box would be a good idea to install

"Better suited for a shorter stay"

Central location- close to amenities. Decor Free wifi Clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds Access to Netflix etc Prompt action when we had a flood on our last full day, Peter was very helpful in relocating us to a new flat.

Too dark- no lighting in terrace not enough storage- drawerstaken up with additional linen- not enough coat hangers Washer /dryer took hours but nowhere to hang clothes if you wanted to wash only. Problems with tv pixelating Sofa only sat 3 people comfortably Noisy neighbours lock on front door needs attention- we could not use the top lock as we were locked in.
