Location and security for Parking was excellent.

Love the style, nice woodland setting

It's simple modern design and well thought out facilities were lovely. The location was great.

The accommodation was warm. There was a small bottle of milk in the fridge upon arrival.

Check in was a bad experience. We followed instructions given by the owner but could not gain entry and we were left locked out, at the gate, for some 20minutes or so. At this point we were on the verge of having to find somewhere else to stay! However, at this point, and following many unanswered texts and phone calls, the gate was opened remotely by, we presume, the owner who just shouted something we couldn't hear across the lawn to us without even having the courtesy to walk over and give any form of apology for why we had been locked out for so long at what appeared to be a deserted location. The accommodation itself was very basic and constructed primarily of plywood and unfinished lengths of timber frame and skirting. As it was raining that night it was also very noisy inside the property from the rainfall upon the roof and which could also be heard through the walls. The shower was dirty and needed a good deep clean. The doorway to the bathroom housed a raised length of wood which provided a 'stub the toe' hazard in the middle of the night. The mattress had no spring and was very stodgy. A disappointing nights stay, wish we'd gone to the premier Inn down the road where you are made to feel welcome and get a decent night's sleep in a comfy bed.

Excellent facilities, comfy bed, excellent heating system, smart TV. Nice seating patio area Sadly was only visiting for 1 night. Would have loved to have stayed longer. A good base if visiting St Neots just be aware if you don't drive it is a 20min walk from Eaton Socon or the nearest main bus stop.
