Near To Sea and Mall And Supermarkets. Owner lady is very Helpful and nice. Highly recommended

The apartament was clean, the pictures shown on the site were accurate. The administrator who let us into the apartament was friendly.

There were no trash can bags, but that was not a problem to us.

Everything was perfect. The apartment has everything you need for a stay. The view is amazing. Also, there is everything you need near the house: groceries, restaurants, bus stop

Absolutely amazing apartment. Located on 12th floor and has balcony with a great view of the sea. Check-in was simple. A local contact will meet you with the key. Apartment has everything needed for long or short stay. Including full cookware and utensils. Constant supply of hot water. I stayed in the winter and the wall AC unit provided enough heat. The apartment does have a secondary heating system, but it was not needed. The neighborhood is fantastic. There are two large grocery stores located less than a block away. If you want to go to Old Batumi you have multiple bus options and the stops are located very close to the building. The beach and boulevard are less than a 5 minute walk. There is even an indoor swimming pool and boxing club between the apartment and the boulevard that has monthly passes. The apartment is also located in the parking zone of the electric scooters, so you can always grab one and scooter back from anywhere along the boulevard as needed. The apartment itself is very comfortable. The bed is great and there are multiple sets of sheets available. The couch folds out into an extra bed, but I did not test if it was comfortable or not. Space wise, the apartment is perfect for single travelers, couples, or maybe a couple with one child. Larger families may feel a little cramped. The apartment is a 25 story building that has three elevators. They run well and there is no fee to use them. The wait for a ride is normal. The building does have a gated entry that is supposed to lock, but I never saw the lock function while I was there. I feel the location in Batumi is safe, so it was not an issue. I initially booked this apartment for 10 days , but ended up staying over a month. I highly recommend it. Great value for the asking price.

As stated in other reviews, the walls have very little to no sound insulation. This is not the fault of the apartment owner, but you can absolutely hear people in the apartments on either side and above you. Fortunately, I did not have neighbors that yelled as stated in other reviews. I occupied the apartment more than a month during the holidays and people held holiday parties that did get loud, but this is normal. It was very quiet during the day. Less dog barking than in other areas of Batumi and very little automobile noise aside from an occasional loud car or motorcycle here and there. The children do play in the hallway in the afternoon and early evening, but in winter, it is cold and sometimes raining outside, so expected. They never made any noise past 7 or 8pm, so not as big of an issue as other reviews made it seem. The city also just opened a new park/playground next to the building, so there is now a place outside for the children to play. As per other reviews, the shower pan does still have a crack in it, but the water flows directly to a drain in the middle of the floor and a mop is provided to quickly wipe any remaining water. It was only a very minor inconvenience and not enough for a negative review. It would be nice if this were eventually fixed. But this should not be a reason to pass on this apartment. One small thing that maybe the owners will address before summer is that the mosquito screen in the window does not seal completely and tightly all the way around. It was too cold for mosquitoes most of my stay, but on a few very warm days with the window open, a couple did make their way through the small cracks and into the apartment. The balcony has two stools, but as stated before, there is not even a small table for coffee or snacks outside. It was too cold to use the balcony in the winter, but this would be nice during the spring and summer. Maybe the owner will provide one in the future.
