TRBuilding is close to market
They didnt even put proper bed sheet . Bed was for a double bed but sheet was for single size . Room was dirty , touilet was broken , we had to fixed it to be able to use .
RUВеликолепное расположение, 100м до подъемника, есть холодное лыжехранилище (в нем ничего не сохнет, ботинки заносили в номер). Рядом spar. Номер не очень большой, но вполне комфортный, есть мини-кухня, балкончик. Вода, сантехника, wifi - все в порядке.
Следует понимать, что это не отель в классическом понимании, а скорее апартаменты. Т.е. отсутствие мыла, туалетной бумаги, ложки для обуви - не должно вас удивить. Также нет завтраков и какой-либо рекреации внизу - банально негде присесть если кого-то ждешь. Рецепшен круглосуточный, но не решает никаких вопросов по номеру, кроме выдачи ключей. Все вопросы к куратору - он весьма любезен и живет рядом. Также у курорта общая проблема - это парковки, особенно после снегопадов. Рекомендую отдельно озаботиться вопросом подземного паркинга если едете на своем авто - у отеля паркинга официально нет.

the host was awful. from the moment we collected the keys he kept sending messages every few minutes to pay. the payment itself is'nt easy or clear to do since you need to go to an ATM at the grocery store and nothing there is clear on what to press and no clear instructions. that would have been the small problem if the host did not call and messege non - stop while we where getting ready after a long drive and this is after we already gave our info at the reception so its not that we have anywhere to runaway to and not pay.

The host is terrible. he messaged me 4 days prior the reservation to pay full amount for reservation. I accepted and only requested for him to send me an ID for verification. He said he would send it later but never did. 2 days prior reservation he messaged me on WhatsApp to ask to cancel booking as his current guests wanted to prolong their stay, which is ridiculous as my reservation should be a priority and I wouldn't be able to book anything 2 days prior in Gudauri in comparable price. He said he didn't care, because I refused to prepay (which isn't true). In the end Booking.com offered to relocate us and pay the difference in price. Don't recommend booking this property as you can't be sure if the host cancels last minute or not.
