Apartment In Porta Batumi Tower

The well-outfitted apartment has good space and is stylishly decorated, like new. The host offers amenities hard to find in top hotels at times, like bathrobes and slippers and ear plugs. The kitchen is well outfitted, with pots and pans, cooking utensils, good knives (plus cutting boards), settings for four, and even a colander, plus dishwashing liquid and sponge. The beds were comfortable with lots of storage space in the two bedrooms. The bathroom is a good size, with shelving to put toiletry items, lots of towels, and gel in the shower. The view is special looking out on the beach/ boulevard as well as Alphabet Tower and the dancing fountains. The building is just a few minutes walk to central Batumi, the ferris wheel and boat docks, or the Boulevard.

At times we could hear the next door neighbor making some noise as the walls seem thin, but the evenings were very quiet for sleeping. Parking is not included with the apartment but we were able to find free spaces along the adjacent street.

The best part of this place is the view. It is a small place but enough for two people. The host is very responsive and helpful. Location is great.

I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The host was quite rude from the moment we arrived. This created unnecessary stress at the beginning of our stay. The biggest issue was with the air conditioning. The AC unit was not functioning properly, making the stay uncomfortable. Despite informing the host, they insisted that the AC was working, even though it clearly was not cooling the room. Overall, the poor service and lack of concern for guest comfort made this stay far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this property to others based on my experience. For just 2 hours and not using anything from the room, the host demanded one day payment. we left the property and booked another good hotel.
