Spectacular view from the window, appartment itself is nice, spacious and well-equipped.

Awful experience as other tourists just entered to our appartment using ANOTHER DOOR CARD When we complained to the owner he starter to blame reception for it, when we asked at the reception they showed us logs to system and noone from reception has given cards to any other people. When we said it back to the owner he started to get list in the testimony, run away and finally said to call the Police, completely ridiculous and so danger situation! It seems like is renting room to the other guests in the same time. Good thing that we were inside the appartment when this incident occured. Dont want to Think what could happen if we didnt as all we kept all belongins inside. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, nice view from the balcony will never be sufficient to make up things that we encountered during stay there. Dont even dare to rent it if you want to have restful stay in Batumi.

I liked the privacy and a super-fast check-in

The absence of some facilities mentioned on the list Mainly, it's about the washing machine We didn't find it there and had to do our washing by hand
