Apartment Barita

We had a very pleasant stay at the Apartment Barita. This studio apartment has everything you need at a very reasonable price. The owner has taken care of every small thing one would require. We felt like we are at home in Tbilisi. Almost all famous tourist attractions are at walkable distance. The owner is well spoken in English, which is a great plus when you are in Georgia. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Apartment Barita. We stayed one more night on our way back from Kazbegi because we liked it a lot having all the facilities available one would require, especially when you are traveling with kids

Friendly hosts. Clean, cozy room. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Convenient location in the old town. I recommend.

Location is perfect. It’s lovely and comfortable inside. The door is just beside the road, easy to go in, can hear the sound from road easily either.

Very good contact with the host, great location (close to Georgian Bus from Kutaisi final stop).

Sometimes damp smell, not sure from where. Bed could be longer and bed cover wider.

Everything is good! Location is perfect, very clean and comfortable, with a small kitchen in case you need to make breakfasts! Nice to walk around, very lovely place, and safe! Good choice for two people! The owner is very nice lady, very friendly and accessible in case you need some info or help!!!

Everything was great and the owner lady was very helpful . There were mosquitoes at night, of course there is a mosquito repellent in the apartment

- Probably the best location for sightseeing in Tbilisi. You get your own studio with a direct exit into a well-lit street in the Old City. - The hosts are among the most welcoming and helpful I have met. - The studio comes with a top-notch air conditioner/heater, couch, kitchen sink, fridge with a freezer, gaz stove, microwave, iron, and a wardrobe with some hangers. And a TV if you find the time for that. No washing machine, but a place called Old City Laundry is within a walking distance and works great. - The bathroom is large, with a spacious shower area and a hair dryer. Water heating takes a couple of tries to get used to, but works just fine afterwards - do not panic on the first try.

No complaints on my part. People who like everything to be beyond brand new might find some elements to be a little retro, but this is the Old City after all.
