Excellent location and nice facilitation with large room space

Inefficient communication channel with the landlord, complicate arrangement on key picking up step, no hot water in the 1st night because the boiler was out of order, all these inconvenience explained why it ranks just 7+ with such nice location and equipped facilitators.
