Apartment 16

The host was very relaxed and friendly. We didn't meet but she was always available through phone. The check-in and checkout was very easy and effortless. Checkout time was also very nice. There was everything we needed in the apartment. The location is on the outskirts of the city but it's close to a metro stop, so it's a quick ride to the city center.

There was an elevator but it wasn't working without some code, so we ended up walking 4 flights of stairs every time. I also had a little trouble getting out of the building. It would be nice to add more instruction for both these issues. There was an issue with hot water not running, but it was quickly resolved via phone with the host.

A nice flat with everything you need inside it. Although, located at the end of the tube line, it's easy to get to the centre, as well as the airport.

Very friendly and helpful

The owner was away and his brother helped host but he forgot to explain where to leave the key. i would have left it on the inside of the door but i needed the key to access the lift with my suitcases!
