If you need a hotel - than book a hotel; here’s different, it’s home atmosphere with special respect to the guests, and attention to your needs is the core traditional importance for the hosts. You’ll definitely feel it ;) Comfortable beds and the most fresh linen, just have a good sleep at night and explore Tbilisi during your days. Quiet place close to the Cathedral, bus stop in meters, metro station in 15 minutes walk. Owners are warm, friendly and with family attitude to the guests! For the moment, from the outside, we thought the place might be unacceptable. Once inside, it was a simple and fantastic place. Small and beautiful. All requirements were very thoughtfully and tastefully placed in the rooms and the kitchen. First time in our 15 days stay in Georgia, we met a very interactive host. She was ever helpful and smiling all the times.

Wished our stay was a little longer. It was a second home.

Very accommodating hosts!

Thé accommodation is perfect, clean, and located just 5/7 waking distance minutes from Holy Trinity Cathedral, great coffee spots, fresh baked Georgian breads, Natra-best restaurant in Tbilisi and several mom & pop markets. The hosts are wonderful people. We arrived to a wonderful platter of fresh fruit, Georgian sweets and a bottle of Georgian white wine. A great place in a real neighborhood, 1 minute from a minibus stop, where everyday people live. Will stay there again.

Everything was exeptional and Perfect. The People are awesome and lovely.

The apartment is very nicely furnished, clean, the bathroom clean and modern. There is a mini kitchen, although we did not use it. It is within walking distance from the city centre, although the neighbourhood looks a bit rough. But it is safe as overall in Tbilisi and in Georgia in general.
