"Great value"

It was of great value for us for a longer stay. The wifi was ok. They have a lot of worldwide TV channels which is impressive and nice. It was clean. It had even items they don't have to provide, like oil and salt and kitchen towels. The location is great. Safe option considering the stories I heard about Orbi city.

It's modest, but not an issue.

Отличные апартаменты в хорошем месте. На 200 метров дальше от набережной, чем первая линия, но это большой плюс: можно спать спокойно в тишине). В апартаментах есть всё необходимое. Чисто и уютно. Замечательные хозяева всегда на связи. Нам всё понравилось. Спасибо!

"СТУДИЯ ОЛИ ЛУЧШЕ ВСЕХ!!!"

ВСЕМ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ В БАТУМИ ОСТАНАВЛИВАТЬСЯ ИМЕННО В ЭТОЙ СТУДИИ! 1. Я брезгливый человек, для меня ночевать где-то в чужом месте - ужас. У Олечки в студии было максимально чисто и уютно. Постель была выглажена. Кухня блестящая. Ванная комната чистая!!! 2. Хозяйка квартиры - Олечка - добрейшей души человек. Я ехала 30 часов из Сочи до Батуми, когда аэропорт закрыли 8 мая в Сочи. Оля меня ждала спокойно. Из Тбилисси до Батуми я ехала всю ночь и всю ночь Оля была на связи и ждала меня, чтобы СРАЗУ заселить с тяжёлой дороги. 3. Цена - очень демократичная. Центр. 7 этаж. Дорогая Оля, мне не передать словами свою благодарность вам. Пусть ваша жизнь будет максимально счастливой. Вы очень душевно и доброжелательно относитесь к своим гостям!!!

Piccolo appartamento al settimo piano, dotato di tutto e molto accogliente. Numerosi ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze. Propietaria gentile e disponibile

Un pochino fuori dalla zona centrale, essendo al settimo piano bisogna prendere ascensore e ogni tanto bisogna aspettare un po', ma niente di grave

Очень удачное место и очень отзывчивая хозяйка Олико. Всегда на связи, выручила нас в сложной ситуации, очень благодарны. Локация в центре, все рядом. Рекомендую смело эти апартаменты.

"Clean and comfortable"

Very clean apartment. Fully furnished(bath, kitchen etc). Host is really attentive to all details. We stayed only for 2 days and we felt really comfortable! Thank you
