Great communication from Irina and team. Good location and everything is close by, including the ski lifts.

Would have been nice to have the sauna facilities in same building as you have to walk to a different block. Also, would have been good if there was some clearer instructions on what to do with ski equipment.

The location is good. Nice view to the mountains from the apartment. WIFI is working good.

The overall impression of the apartment is that it is worn out and many quick fixes is done. Entering the bathroom, we discover the walls are damaged from moisture with the paint peeling off. The administrator is contacted - she says it is because of the previous guests made a flood, and they had no time to repair it. I reply it can not be true as walls can not get damaged so quickly with paint peeling off. Now there is a new explanation, it is now due to the piping in the walls that had to be changed, and they had no time to paint the walls after. The truth - this was old damage, all over the bath room and nobody had fixed it before our arrival. I was offered a discount of 10-15 % due to this. If I wanted wanted further discount, the administrator wanted to cancel my booking in booking.com, and afterwards I had to confirm that me and my children had never checked in the apartment ! Off course I denied such action - as it would be a lie, and the problems was not booking.com's fault, and their fee should not be used as the discount to me. Further issues I want to mention: - The shower curtain was missing, so there was water all over the floor after showering. After some time we discovered the missing curtain, in the closet in the sleeping room - The shoe rack was broken /worn out - The bed was broken. The wooden "things" under the mattress was loose and many lying on the floor. The administrator tried to fix it, but after 2 days it was broken again -The door handle fell off- There is only one closet, with only one shelf. we were 3 people with skiing clothes etc, so we "lived in our bags". - Lights in the apartment - there are only lights in the ceiling, with a very cold tone. So no reading lights a the beds or the possibility to make it a little cosy - All knifes and corkscrew was missing - not so funny to discover when your friends are over for food and a bottle of wine. No cleaning, and no vacuum cleaner available in the room
