Love the location and the place had all we needed - would've stayed there the entire trip but booked next door place with breakfast! Host is nice, accommodated our requests and is available on WhatsApp which was a + Definitely would stay again - perfect place for a family with kids as well! Thanks to the staff!

The entry is inside the building - a bit of hidden and outdated, but it didn't affect our stay inside the apartment. Host should mention that the washer is in the hallway which is also not a biggie, just saying.

Очень чистый номер, есть все необходимое, удобные кровати, удобный душ. Удобное местоположение, все в пеший доступности. Район старого Батуми очень красивый, не пожалели что здесь остановились. Хозяин очень гостеприимный.

Недавно отдыхали в этом отеле и остались очень довольны! Расположение просто потрясающее — прямо в центре, до пляжа 5 минут, с великолепным видом из номера. Номера уютные и хорошо оборудованные: всё было чисто, свежо и комфортно. Особенно понравился вид из окна — можно было наслаждаться рассветами и любоваться оживленной улицей вечером. Персонал очень дружелюбный и внимательный, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать. Прям в доме магазин и салон сотовой связи, где можно приобрести местную сим-карту. Общее впечатление — отличный отдых! Рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ищет спокойствие, комфорт и море удовольствия. Обязательно вернусь сюда снова!

موقع الفندق ممتار حدا وسط البلد وكل شي متوفر المكان نظيف جدا و المسؤول كان شخص لطيف و متعاون جدا

المكان صغير و الغرف ايضا والمكيف موجود فقط في الصاله غرف النوم لا يوجد بها مكيف اذا كنت شخص لا تحب الجو بارد فهو مناسب غرف النوم ليس فيها مفاتيح

Отличное расположение:3 минуты до пляжа,прекрасное архитектурное окружение.Рядом магазин и салон связи(можно оформить симкарту). В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха.Балкон заслуживает отдельного внимания-он прекрасен.Однозначно рекомендую!!Надеюсь вернуться вновь.
