"Egal ob Frühjahr oder Sommer, hier ist man immer gut aufgehoben."

Schön Lage im Zentrum, keine 5 Minuten zum Strand (Achtung: Batumi hat einen Stein- und keinen Sandstrand). Rundherum gibt es alles was man braucht. Supermärkte, Restaurants. Altstadt fußläufig. Kontakt mit Nino hat hervorragend geklappt. Alles gefunden. Wir konnten direkt nach Ankunft des Zuges ins Zimmer. Im Sommer kann es vorm Fenster lauter werden (viele Leute), was wegen der Zentrumslage klar ist. Kann man vorher wissen, wen das stört sollte woanders buchen. Wer orientierungslos ist, sollte sich den Standort des Eingangs gut einprägen. Das Video von Nino erklärt die Lage perfekt, wenn man seine Augen benutzt. დიდი მადლობა სასიამოვნო ყოფნისთვის. აუცილებლად დავბრუნდებით. :D

Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Außer manche Touris die sich besoffen und lautstark zum Strand aufmachen. Aber das ist kein Problem der Wohnung.

Ana caddeye sıfır ve yerler parke taşı olduğu için çok fazla lastik ve araç sesinden dolayı uyku konusunda sıkıntı çekebiliyorsunuz

Отличное расположение, уютный чистый номер, есть все удобства для проживания, большой санузел. Очень отзывчивые хозяева, которые всегда на связи и готовы помочь

Вай-фай слабоват. Тесно в зоне готовки. Не очень удобно кушать без стола (он есть на балконе, но днем там очень пекло солнце)

Excellent communication with the host, relatively clean, comfortable, in nice location

The flat entrance it’s a bit dodgy. The owner should communicate with the rest tenants to do something for this.
