Great facility, includes all you need. Clean and nicely furnished.

The location is great, but get staircase and entrance to the building is not so.

Finding the flat was difficult as building and stairs were not in good condition though Flat itself was very well equipped with all the required items except it was lacking microwave. Host herself was co-operative

Building access was difficult to find, no lift for a 3rd floor flat difficult to carry heavy luggage upstairs.

Great location, close to Colchis fountain and Green bazar. Apartment was very modern and absolutely clean. TV set connected to WiFi so we enjoyed watching movies (please use globe icon to change language when searching on YouTube). Shops in nearby, we liked to buy cheese and fruit from locals.

The location is near the white bridge and the market.

I never like the property due to the following reason: 1. I booked 7 nights for 2 adults but the owner claimed that I booked for 1 person; 2. The owner blame us use too many linens kept in the cabinet. They advised not to use so many set since I have only one person as they forgot I booked for 2 pax. 3. After checked out, they punish us to pay GEL80 for missing linen. In fact the linens are inferior products, some with rough surface which they are still using it for guests. 4. Please do not expect any customer service from them as they claimed this is an apartment, there will be no service to be provided. Therefore 2 toilet rolls provided through out the 7 days’ stay for 2 adults. we bought our own and left one additional for them. 5. I went there for leisure and met my friend, no one is interested to take the inferior product of their linen. In the first place, those linens are displayed in the cabinet which we never counted in front of them when checked in. Hence, when we used all their linens, they were not happy and blame us for the missing linen and demand compensation from my local friend. 6. This is my first time encountered this kind of unreasonable owner. They demand for money without any service provided.

Great location, big and comfortable apartment. Very clean and with a well-equipped kitchen. Right near the Green Bazaar for all your shopping needs!
